Choots Humphries, Co-President


Choots Humphries, co-founder of LinkConnector, has over 18 years of diversified experience in management, systems analysis, programming, and finance. Choots has more than five years experience running his own company which he acquired while starting and operating DotCom Corporation with his business partner, Ernie St. Gelais. DotCom Corporation is a multi-million dollar company that has been profitable since its incorporation in 1999. Prior to DotCom, Choots worked for Mei Technology Corporation on software design and development and was responsible for establishing and running the Raleigh branch office for the company. Previously, Choots received a commission in the United States Navy where he served as the navigator on two separate naval warships and then managed world-wide staffing requirements for approximately 75,000 enlisted personnel. Choots earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems from George Mason University.


Ernie St. Gelais, Co-President, Chief Technology Officer


Ernie St. Gelais, co-founder of LinkConnector, has over 27 years of diversified experience in management, systems analysis, programming, and finance. Ernie has been LinkConnector's chief architect since its inception. He has more than five years experience running his own company which he acquired while starting and operating DotCom Corporation with his business partner, Choots Humphries. DotCom Corporation is a multi-million dollar company and has been profitable since its incorporation in 1999. Ernie has more than 20 years of technical expertise in database and systems development, and has been active as a manager for the past 15 years. Prior to DotCom Corporation, Ernie worked for Mei Technology where he was responsible for establishing and running the Colorado Springs branch office. Previously, Ernie worked for Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin). Ernie was commissioned and served in the Air Force for seven years, attaining the rank of Captain. He also managed the Air Force's programming, design, and construction (PDC) system at the Pentagon. Ernie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a Masters degree in Engineering Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology.


Tara McCommons, Director of Sales


Tara McCommons brings more than 11 years of sales experience from a variety of markets to LinkConnector. She has extensive experience in sales communications, quota management, telemarketing, and team management. Prior to LinkConnector, Tara worked as an Account Executive with EquiFirst Corporation, a wholesale mortgage lender where she was responsible for business development with mortgage brokers. Previously, Tara worked for MortgageSouth Financial Services where she managed a team that was consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales volume. Tara was selected as the top sales producer from InterLAN Technologies to start DataCenter One, Inc. to deal exclusively in the Sun hardware marketplace. Tara also worked for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) where she was ranked number 3 out of 90 sales agents in the Telecommunications Division. Tara generated an average of $1.5 million per month in new business for First Union Mortgage Corporation. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.


Susan Bridgers, Director of Affiliate Relations


Susan Bridgers brings more than 20 years of management and operations experience to LinkConnector. The breadth of her experience spans internet search engine business development with Goto.com (Overture), documentary film production management, broadcast operations management, major studio film advertising and promotion as well as newspaper editorial and management. She holds a BA in English and Communications from Hood College in Frederick, MD.


Ryan Clement, Director of Merchant Relations


Ryan Clement brings more than 12 years of experience in technology and marketing management to LinkConnector. Prior to LinkConnector, Ryan co-founded SunFriendlyProducts.com, a profitable direct mail cataloger and e-commerce company specializing in sun protective clothing and gear. Previously, Ryan was Director of Marketing Programs for eDiets.com (Nasdaq: DIET), the leading provider for online dieting. At eDiets.com, Ryan was chartered with maximizing sales conversions as well as managing all e-mail marketing activity and compliance initiatives. Prior to eDiets.com, Ryan was Vice President of Internet Products for EmailChannel, Inc. where he was responsible for the creation and development of all Internet initiatives. Ryan also worked as Director of Sales and Product Marketing for Engineered Business Systems, Inc. (EBS), a leading provider for credit reporting and mortgage auditing software. Prior to EBS, Ryan held various customer service and consultative sales positions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Castleton State College in Castleton, VT where he completed a double major of Business Administration and Psychology.


Jackie Bates, Director of Marketing


Jackie Bates brings an enthusiastic and creative approach to LinkConnector's marketing team. With four years of hands-on search engine marketing experience, Jackie is on the cutting edge of the search industry. Her knowledge of the search engine marketplace coupled with her creative talent have enabled her to lead online and offline marketing and media planning projects, public relations campaigns and search engine marketing programs for LinkConnector Corporation. Prior to her current position, Jackie worked as the Web Marketing Director for DotCom Corporation where she developed website promotional strategies, led content management projects, and managed paid and organic search engine campaigns that contributed to an increase in DotCom's largest marketing partnership revenues by over 45%. Her excitement and fervor for the search engine industry bring an edge to LinkConnector. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.


Michele Fuentes, Director of Technology


Michele Fuentes brings over 12 years of software design and development experience to LinkConnector. Michele is skilled in analyzing and effectively communicating business solutions involving all aspects of the analysis, design, and implementation phases. Prior to LinkConnector, Michele co-founded La Fuente Imports, a profitable e-commerce company that sells Mexican furniture, accessories, art and more. Previously, Michele worked at Quantum Corporation where she developed a Web-based reporting system for a configuration management tool using ColdFusion with an Oracle database. Michele also worked for Interosa, a secure e-mail company, where she designed, enhanced, and implemented secure e-mail applications using Visual C++, Visual Basic, COM, MIME, and MFC extension DLLs. Michele also worked for Mei Technology Corporation and was responsible for conceptualizing and developing marketing CDs using various multimedia techniques, including Authorware, Visual Basic, Demoshield, and Adobe Premier. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University.


Patty Cujas, Director of Accounting, Administration and Human Resources


Patty Cujas brings over 20 years of management and accounting experience from a variety of markets to LinkConnector. Prior to her current position, Patty worked as the Controller for DotCom Corporation where she was responsible for the accounting of a multi-million dollar company. Prior to joining the company, Patty worked for St. Michael Catholic Church as the Accounting Administrator, where she gained experience in the not-for-profit sector. Previously, she worked as an Accounting Manager for Critical Health Systems, a management and consulting group for physicians, managing all aspects of the company's accounting needs. Patty was the Controller for Raleigh Community Hospital (now Duke Raleigh Community Hospital) where she was responsible for all accounting functions with a staff of 10. She also has extensive hotel accounting and general banking experience. Patty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Averett University.
