1. Distribution of BestBridalPrices.com content without written and verbal permission from both account manager and advertiser.

2. No Offline marketing activity

3. Ensure presentation is consistent with advertiser brand

4. No alteration to Advertiser trademarks

5. Not to use content that can be deemed (by advertiser) misleading , defamatory, libelous etc.

6. No toolbars or downloads permitted (no malware or parasiteware)

7. All promotional activated will be in accordance with applicable state laws

8. Publisher will not promote Advertiser on any sub-network without expressed permission from Advertiser.

9. No content related to violence, drugs, racial intolerance, no profanity, no gambling or casinos, no tobacco or firearms, or no other content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity permitted.

PERMITTED ACTIVITIES

1. Publisher may bid on non-brand related keyword terms only and use of the negative keyword list is mandatory.
