Description
Divot.com is a deal of the day website for golfers. We offer a new deal every day! Depending on the product, we may have several thousand or only have a few dozen, so check in early every day to make sure you get one! The offer changes every day at 3:00a.m Eastern Time.

We are offering a tiered commission structure so the more sales you send us the better commission you will get!

3% base rate commission
Affiliates who refer $500-999.99 in monthly sales will receive 4% per sale
Affiliates who refer $1,000 or more in monthly sales will receive 5% per sale

Additional Program Restrictions.

A. GVC has no tax nexus in any states other than North Carolina and Utah. GVC constantly monitors proposed and finalized state sales and use tax laws for any provisions known as "Amazon Laws" that create "click-through" nexus via commission based Publisher or affiliate relationships. As a result of "Amazon Laws" in Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island, we will not approve Affiliate relationships with entities that are located in these states. As state sales and use tax laws in the United States evolve and more state laws are enacted, it may become necessary for GVC to terminate certain Affiliate relationships within affected states.

B. Affiliates based in New York State - If Affiliate is based in New York State or has office(s) located within New York State, Affiliate is prohibited from engaging in any solicitation activities in New York State that refer potential customers to GVC including, but not limited to: distributing flyers, coupons, newsletters and other printed promotional materials, or electronic equivalents; verbal solicitation (e.g., in-person referrals); initiating telephone calls; and sending e-mails. In addition, if the Affiliate representative is an organization such as a club or a non-profit group, Affiliate must maintain on its Web site information alerting its members to the prohibition against each of the solicitation activities described above.

Further, no later than January 31 of each year, Affiliate must submit to the seller, a signed certification (in a form acceptable to GVC) stating that the Affiliate has not engaged in any prohibited solicitation activities in New York State, as described above, at any time during the previous year. In addition, if the Affiliate is an organization, the annual certification must also include a statement from the Affiliate certifying that its Web site includes information directed at its members alerting them to the prohibition against the solicitation activities described above. Furthermore, the certification must contain a statement indicating that the certification and any information submitted with it is subject to verification and audit by the New York State Tax Department.

Failure to adhere to all of these Restrictions will result in GVC removing Affiliate from this Agreement.

C. Affiliates based in California - If Affiliate is based in California or has office(s) located within California, Affiliate is prohibited from engaging in any solicitation activities in California that refer potential customers to GVC including, but not limited to: distributing flyers, coupons, newsletters and other printed promotional materials, or electronic equivalents; verbal solicitation (e.g., in-person referrals); initiating telephone calls; and sending e-mails. In addition, if the Affiliate representative is an organization such as a club or a non-profit group, Affiliate must maintain on its Web site information alerting its members to the prohibition against each of the solicitation activities described above.
